In addition to areola pigmentation and naturalistic nipple reconstruction, Kyla is highly skilled at camouflaging scars, burns or dermatological conditions like vitiligo.
In fact, Kyla has received international recognition for her camouflage technique which has been trademarked under the name Titian Wash™. The name reflects the fact that Kyla was inspired by the Venetian Renaissance painter Tiziano Vecellio (commonly known as Titian), who used layers of thinned-down coloured glazes on top of one another to achieve some of the most luminous skin tones in the history of art.
By expertly matching the various colours in your natural skin tone and implanting these colours into your hypo-pigmented skin (skin lacking colour), Kyla can create the visual effect of the hypo-pigmented areas ‘merging’ with the surrounding skin.
